Over Sharp Composites
Sharp Composites is een jong en innovatief R&D-bedrijf. Vanuit Herk-de-Stad werken we wereldwijd. Onze expertise ligt bij wikkeltechnieken voor hoogwaardige carbon-onderdelen, voornamelijk waterstofdruktanks voor de automotive-, luchtvaart- en ruimtevaartsector. Verder ontwikkelen we ook andere composietstructuren.
Jouw rol
Als Technieker werk je mee in onze werkplaats aan:
-
de productie en het testen van prototypes
-
het optimaliseren van het productieproces
-
het onderhoud van machines en de werkplaats
Je krijgt een gevarieerde job in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar precisie, innovatie en kwaliteit centraal staan. Iedere dag een nieuwe uitdaging. De werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en de projectingenieurs zijn je directe collega’s.
Wie jij bent
-
Je hebt een technisch diploma.
-
Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt van afwisseling en bent leergierig. We trainen je graag in het productieproces!
-
Je kan met de PC werken en technische plannen lezen. Je denkt oplossingsgericht.
-
Je spreekt en begrijpt Engels.
-
Ervaring met composietmaterialen is een plus.
Wat je doet
-
Meewerken aan high-tech lichtgewicht producten in een hecht team.
-
Bedienen van CNC-machines en handbediende machines.
-
Uitvoeren, registreren en beheren van:
-
productiehandelingen en programma’s voor prototypes
-
testprocedures en testprogramma’s
-
onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan machines en werkplaats
-
-
Actief meewerken aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties op vlak van veiligheid en kwaliteit.

About Sharp Composites
Sharp Composites is a young and innovative R&D company. Based in Herk-de-Stad, we operate globally. Our expertise lies in winding techniques for high-performance carbon components, primarily hydrogen pressure vessels for the automotive, aerospace, and space sectors. Furthermore, we also develop other composite structures.

Your role
As a Technician, you will assist in our workshop with:

the production and testing of prototypes
-
optimizing the production process
-
the maintenance of machines and the workshop
You will have a varied job in a high-tech environment where precision, innovation, and quality are key. Every day is a new challenge. The workshop manager and the project engineers are your direct colleagues.
Who you are

You have a technical degree.

You work accurately, enjoy variety, and are eager to learn. We are happy to train you on the production process!

You can work with a PC and read technical drawings. You think in a solutions-oriented way.

You speak and understand English.

Experience with composite materials is a plus.
What you do

Contribute to high-tech lightweight products in a solid team.

Operate CNC machines and manual machines.

Executing, recording, and managing:
-
production operations and prototype programs
-
test procedures and test programs
-
maintenance work on machines and in the workshop

Actively contributing to improvements and optimizations regarding safety and quality.

Je hebt een Bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Kennis van CAD, PLC’s en/of ervaring met composietmaterialen zijn een plus.
